After cleaning we will go to sanding to eliminate most of the old paint and especially the rust that the filer can have. Dismantle the drawers and rails; knock down the filing cabinet so that the opening is at the top. Then we will paint with the primer the entire surface of the wood file cabinet, both the exterior and the interior. Apply several light coats, at least three, so the finish will be much better.
